General Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the time order is received. In cases where the item is not in-stock and represented as such on the site, Ametron will notify the customer immediately, detailing the estimated time of arrival of the product and requesting the customer to take action in either confirming or cancelling the order for a full refund of the purchase price.
At Ametron we understand that fast shipping is a great part of customer satisfaction, and in any case where an item is out of stock, we will take immediate action and notify customers of our inability to have the item shipped in a timely manner, thus giving them the option to either keep their order open with us until the item arrives at our warehouse and is subsequently shipped out, or to cancel the order and attempt to order it elsewhere. Orders cancelled due to inventory shortages will be fully refunded.
For the safety and long life of your newly purchased equipment, we make every attempt to ship all orders using a trackable, insured carrier (as UPS or Fed Ex), however, for some smaller items we cannot offer this service. As a general rule, if the cost of shipping is half the cost of the initial item or more, we will ship using First Class mail by USPS, while still providing a tracking number.
Domestic shipping policy
Ametron ships to any valid business address within the continental United States. Sorry, at this time we can NOT ship to Post Office boxes or US Military addresses.
Please specify the preferred shipping speed at checkout. We can ship overnight, expedited, or ground (next-day, 2-day, or 3 to 5 business days). Additional shipping charges apply for overnight and/or expedited shipping.
International shipping policy
Ametron ships worldwide! We will send your items to all corners of the globe and to any recognized, valid address. Please note that our customers are liable for any taxes or custom charges due at the port of entry for all international orders.
